Yesterday we released version 2.8.0 of the App (Web & iOS & Android) that includes MFA / 2FA with Authenticator App support (both Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator are supported). The documentation has not been updated yet but you can give it a try right now.
To access the MFA settings: Menu -> User -> Security
