Read-Only Users with Unlimited Access

When we released the Read-Only User Role two years ago, this role was limited to a subset of agents or group of agents. This way, our MSP customers using a single Organization in the App were able to give access to their customer to their agents only.

Today, we released version 2.10.0 of the App (Web is online, Mobile will be in a few days). With this new release, we introduce the Read-Only User Role with Unlimited Access. This new user role is still read-only but will have access to all Agents or Devices in the account. This new user role is perfect for large teams that require Level 1 Customer Support technicians to have access to the App.
