- Agent Deployment: What’s the ideal setup for deploying Obkio agents across different network environments? Should I prioritize installing them on-premises, in the cloud, or a mix of both?
- Alert Configuration: How do you fine-tune alert thresholds to minimize false positives while still catching real performance issues?
- VoIP & Latency Optimization: Any specific settings or configurations in Obkio that work well for monitoring VoIP performance and reducing latency issues?
- Integrations & Reporting: What are the most useful integrations you’ve used with Obkio? Also, how do you generate and share reports with non-technical stakeholders?
- Troubleshooting Workflow: When Obkio detects an issue, what’s your typical troubleshooting process? Any automation tips to speed up diagnosis and resolution?
