We have recently updated the way notifications are processed when an agent is offline. Previously, we were using a “Under Maintenance” banner on the related issues, when agents were updated or rebooted for example, and silencing the notifications during that period. This was confusing for customers and we were not able to catch some edge cases with that logic. We removed the “Under Maintenance” banner and integrated a smarter logic into the platform where no issue is created when an agent becomes offline. See this documentation for more details.
